Nexus Workforce Pty Ltd – Terms & Conditions
By engaging Nexus Workforce Pty Ltd for services, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Quotations & Pricing
All quotations, estimates, and pricing provided by Nexus Workforce Pty Ltd are based on the information
available at the time of inspection, enquiry, or booking and are intended as general pricing guides only.
Pricing may vary and is subject to change depending on several factors, including but not limited to:
• The overall condition and cleanliness of the property
• The size, layout, and accessibility of the site
• The amount of labour, time, equipment, and materials required
• The presence of excessive dirt, mould, grease, waste, staining, pet hair, biohazards, or neglected areas
• Additional services requested during or after commencement of the job
• Delays, restricted access, or unforeseen site conditions identified upon arrival or during the service
Clients acknowledge that photographs, descriptions, or initial walkthroughs may not always accurately reflect
the true condition of the property. Nexus Workforce reserves the right to revise pricing where the actual
condition, workload, or scope of services differs from the original information provided.
Any variation to the quoted scope of work may result in additional charges. Where possible, clients will be
informed prior to additional work being completed.

2. Deposits & Payments
To secure a booking with Nexus Workforce Pty Ltd, a non-refundable deposit equal to 45% of the total quoted
amount is required upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Bookings are not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received and cleared.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled commencement date
and time of the service.
Failure to make payment within the required timeframe may result in:
• Automatic cancellation of the scheduled booking
• Loss of the allocated booking date and time
• Delays in service delivery
• Additional administrative or rebooking fees
• An invoice being issued for time already allocated, inspections conducted, administration costs,
scheduling commitments, or preparation work undertaken by Nexus Workforce
Nexus Workforce reserves the right to refuse, suspend, postpone, or cancel services where payments remain
outstanding.
For larger projects, commercial works, labour hire, recurring services, or custom agreements, alternative
payment arrangements may be established in writing.

3. Access to Property
Clients are responsible for ensuring that Nexus Workforce staff have safe, clear, and lawful access to the
property at the agreed service time.
This includes ensuring:
• Entry access is available
• Keys, alarm codes, swipe cards, or gate access instructions are provided where required
• Pets are secured where necessary
• The property is safe for workers to enter and perform duties
Where access is unavailable, delayed, restricted, or unsafe, Nexus Workforce reserves the right to:
• Reschedule the service
• Apply additional waiting or travel charges
• Cancel the service if deemed unsafe or unreasonable
Any delays caused by lack of access may affect completion times and future bookings.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding the property, service
requirements, and expectations before work commences.
Clients must ensure:
• Water and electricity are available and functioning
• The property is reasonably accessible and safe
• Any hazardous conditions are disclosed prior to commencement
• Valuable, fragile, sentimental, or irreplaceable items are removed or secured where possible
• Any special instructions or concerns are communicated prior to the scheduled service
Nexus Workforce will not be held responsible for damages involving items that were not properly secured,
disclosed, or protected by the client.

5. Service Limitations
While Nexus Workforce Pty Ltd strives to deliver high-quality workmanship and professional results at all
times, clients acknowledge that some outcomes may be limited by the existing condition of the property or
surfaces being treated.
Results may vary due to:
• Age and deterioration of surfaces
• Permanent staining or discolouration
• Mould, rust, corrosion, or water damage
• Previous poor maintenance
• Wear and tear
• Damage caused prior to our attendance
• Faulty installations, fittings, or materials
Certain stains, odours, marks, and damages may not be fully removable despite best efforts and professional cleaning methods.
Nexus Workforce does not guarantee restoration of items or surfaces to brand-new condition unless specifically agreed in writing.

6. Cancellations
Clients must provide adequate notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule a booking.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service time may incur cancellation fees, administrative
charges, or forfeiture of deposits already paid.
Where staff, contractors, equipment, or resources have already been allocated, Nexus Workforce reserves the right to recover reasonable costs associated with the cancellation. Repeated cancellations or rescheduling requests may affect future bookings or service availability.

7. Liability
Nexus Workforce Pty Ltd shall not be held liable for:
• Pre-existing damage or defects
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by faulty fixtures, fittings, plumbing, electrical systems, or installations
• Issues arising from unstable surfaces or poor workmanship by previous trades
• Loss or damage to items not disclosed or improperly secured
• Delays caused by weather, access restrictions, emergencies, or events beyond reasonable control
Clients are encouraged to notify Nexus Workforce of any fragile, damaged, high-value, or sensitive items prior to commencement of work.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus Workforce’s liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

8. Acceptance
By accepting a quotation, making payment, proceeding with a booking, or allowing Nexus Workforce Pty Ltd to commence services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Nexus Workforce Pty Ltd unless otherwise agreed
in writing.
